One case per invoice
Bring invoices from a shared AP mailbox or manual upload into a register linked to the original document.
We are developing focused workflow kits for teams whose important work still gets lost between email, spreadsheets, and the system of record.
Our first pilot concept gives construction finance teams a visible owner, decision, and next action for each supplier invoice.

A focused approval layer for trade contractors and small general contractors who already use Microsoft 365 and want to keep their accounting system.
Bring invoices from a shared AP mailbox or manual upload into a register linked to the original document.
Use a customer-maintained project routing table and human approval decisions with a recorded history.
Separate missing details, overdue reviews, supplier queries, and possible duplicates from work ready for finance.
Explore a sample invoice queue, select a case, and try approval, supplier query, and reassignment actions.
It is an interactive prototype, not an installed Microsoft 365 solution. Its sample records and decisions remain in your browser session.

The proposed workflow uses Outlook, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Teams or Outlook approvals.
Approved cases enter a ready-for-entry queue. A person verifies and posts the bill in the existing accounting system.
A promising pilot has around 50 or more invoices per month and a real delay or follow-up burden to improve.
Tell us about your invoice volume, routing method, and biggest blockers. We will use those answers to assess pilot fit.
