This notice covers the early pilot and contact forms on this website.
What we collect
If you submit a pilot application, we receive the contact and company details, workflow information, and pilot interest you enter. The general contact form collects your name, email, company if supplied, and message. Please do not submit invoices, supplier records, or other confidential material.
Why we use it
We use your submission to assess whether the proposed workflow fits, respond to your inquiry, and understand interest in the early pilot. Submitting a form does not create a purchase commitment or add you to a marketing list.
Service providers and analytics
Cloudflare Pages hosts this site. Cloudflare D1 stores form submissions, which the site operator can view in the Cloudflare dashboard. We plan to enable Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page views and traffic sources. We do not send form answers to analytics or use advertising cookies on this site. The fictional interactive demo operates in your browser and does not submit its sample records.
Retention and contact
We normally delete inquiry submissions within 12 months of the last correspondence unless a pilot or customer relationship begins or a legal obligation requires longer retention. We may retain de-identified notes about recurring workflow problems. You can request access, correction, or deletion through the contact form.
