Start with a narrow operating problem.
We design practical Microsoft 365 workflows around the work a team already does. The first concept is construction invoice approval and exception control.
We favour visible ownership, explicit handoffs, and documented decisions over broad automation claims. Early customer conversations will determine whether the standard scope is valuable and repeatable.
A fictional demo and a proposed offer are ready for review. The live customer package and market demand are not yet validated.

Understand the current process
Measure invoice volume, approval delay, exception types, and the cost of chasing work.
Agree on a fixed boundary
Define the inbox, routing table, approval levels, control views, and human accounting handoff.
Keep the customer in control
Plan for customer-owned Microsoft 365 lists, documents, routing rules, and administrator handover.
